Peter Cruz Parrilla

Peter joined the group in the Fall of 2021 and is interested in applying coherent multidimensional spectroscopy (CMDS) to study charge-transfer processes and structural interactions in both inorganic and organic systems. Currently, he is collaborating with the Yesilköy Group in the Biomedical Engineering Department to extend CMDS to nanostructured metamaterials with the goal of classifying vibrational fingerprints of cancerous tissue samples.

Additionally, he is extending previous characterization of the coherence pathways of rhodium dicarbonyl. Lastly, he is interested in the software and hardware development of the instruments used in the Wright Lab.
